1. Scope
These terms govern all services provided by Veyronplug: case assessment, account recovery, username reclamation, account protection and related advisory work. They apply to every client, wherever located.
2. How a contract is formed
Submitting the case form is a request for a free assessment, not an order. After the assessment you receive a written quote and a defined scope. A contract exists only once you accept that quote in writing. Nothing is charged before that point.
3. What we provide — and what we cannot
We provide a service of diligent effort, not a guaranteed result. We do not and cannot promise that any account will be restored, that any username will be transferred, or that any platform will respond. Every final decision rests with the platform.
We work through legitimate channels only: published appeal routes, platform policy and legal channels, formal escalation, and applicable legal instruments. We do not access accounts, circumvent security measures, or use methods that breach a platform's terms — such methods get accounts destroyed, not restored.
4. Your obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information. A case built on incorrect facts will fail, and we may end it without refund.
- Confirm that you are the genuine owner of the account, or the authorised representative of its owner.
- Supply requested evidence promptly. Delays on your side extend timelines.
- Do not file parallel appeals while we are handling your case — duplicate submissions can invalidate it.
- Never send us passwords, login codes or two-factor backup codes. We will never ask for them.
5. Fees and payment
The case assessment is free. Fees for engaged work are those stated in your written quote. Prices shown on this website are non-binding estimates. [Specify: currency, payment terms, whether an advance is payable, and accepted payment methods.]
6. Timelines
Stated timelines are estimates based on comparable cases. They run from the point a case is filed with the platform, not from first contact, and they depend on platform response times outside our control.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement at any time by written notice. Fees for work already performed, and third-party costs already incurred, remain payable. Where work has not yet begun, amounts paid are returned in full. [Confirm this wording against Ley 45 de 2007 where the client is a consumer.]

9. Confidentiality
We treat all case material as confidential and use it solely for your case. See the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Our liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for platform decisions, for the loss of an account during a case, or for indirect or consequential loss including lost income. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Panamanian law. [Have this clause confirmed by counsel.]
11. Termination by us
We may end an engagement — retaining fees for work performed — if you provide false information, if you ask us to pursue something we consider illegitimate, or if continuing would require methods we do not use.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. The courts of Panama City, Republic of Panama, have exclusive jurisdiction. [Consider adding an arbitration clause — confirm with counsel.]
13. Severability
If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remainder stays in force.
