1. Scope
Veyronplug is a Panamanian company. This policy is issued under Ley 81 de 2019 and its implementing regulation (Decreto Ejecutivo 285 de 2021), which govern the protection of personal data in Panama.
2. What we collect, and why
a) Case submissions
When you submit the case assessment form we receive your name, email address, the platform concerned, your account handle, the issue type, the urgency, your description of the case, and any files you attach. Case material commonly includes identity documents and platform correspondence.
Purpose: assessing your case and, if you engage us, handling it.
Basis: your consent, given through the form, and the performance of the service you request.
Retention: [define — e.g. active case files kept for X years; enquiries that do not become cases deleted after X months].
b) Technical data
Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, timestamp, URL, browser type) in order to serve the site and defend it against attack.
c) Correspondence
Emails you send us are retained so that we can answer them and keep a record of your case.
3. Sensitive data
Identity documents and account evidence are treated as sensitive. They are collected only where the case requires them, are accessible only to the people working on your case, and are never published or passed to anyone outside the engagement without your instruction.
4. Who else processes your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN and DNS for this website.
- [Email delivery provider] — delivery of case submissions to our inbox.
- [Mailbox provider] — storage of case correspondence.
- [Payment provider] — payment processing, once you engage us.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share case material beyond what running your case requires, and never with a platform except on your instruction and as part of your case.
5. International handling
We are based in Panama and our service providers operate internationally, so your information may be stored or processed outside Panama. We select providers that apply recognised security standards and bind them to confidentiality by contract.
6. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies. It loads no advertising scripts, no analytics, no external fonts and no third-party embeds of any kind. Nothing you do here is profiled or sold.
7. Security
The site is served exclusively over TLS. Case files are stored encrypted and access is limited to the people handling your case. We will never ask you for a password, a login code or a two-factor backup code, and you should never send us one.
8. Your rights
Under Ley 81 de 2019 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its rectification where it is inaccurate, its deletion, and the portability of data you provided to us. You may withdraw consent at any time, with effect going forward.
To exercise any of these, write to privacy@veyronplug.com. We respond within the period set by Panamanian law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to Panama's Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (ANTAI).
9. Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The current version is always published here.
